Because we gather certain types of information about and from you, our users and customers, you should understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of this information. This Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather, how we use it, how to correct or change it, and what steps we take to safeguard personal information provided to us both online and offline. Please read the complete Privacy Policy below, as well as our Terms of Use, and contact us if you have any questions.

What Information Do We Collect About You?

You can visit our Website, read materials, and browse other company information without giving us any personally identifiable information. In order to provide users and customers with the most efficient and enhanced personalized service and attention, and to accommodate certain requests, we request information about you in certain circumstances and collect certain information automatically.

Elite, directly and through its subsidiaries and commonly controlled affiliates, also collects information from the production personnel using the Website, as well as Elite’s vendors and other individuals and entities. Elite may use this information to contact you. We will only do so with your consent, and you may request us not to do so by notifying us as provided below in the Privacy Policy and the Safe Harbor Addendum.

Information You Volunteer

We collect personally identifiable information that you volunteer to us (such as your name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, and/or similar information), when you use our services or request information about services, support or training. This is referred to as “Personal Information.”

Information Collected Automatically

We may also automatically collect your IP and referring Website addresses, browser type, domain name, operating system software, screen resolutions, color capabilities, browser plug-ins, language settings, cookie preferences, search engine keywords and JavaScript enablement. While an IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the Internet Service Provider (ISP), be used to locate and identify an individual. Your IP address can, however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using. Finally, other websites you visit have IP addresses, and we may collect the IP addresses of those websites and their pages.

This information helps facilitate your online experience on our Website. In addition, we use cookies to track usage patterns on our Website and offer other functionalities. You can turn off cookies, but that will affect your online experience. Please see below for more detail on cookies.

You have the right to request deletion of your account information, subject to our need to keep appropriate archives for our business operations. We maintain archives of our web logs, databases, and other systems and information. It is possible some of this information may remain archived after we delete the information from its active database. We maintain archives for disaster recovery, legal and other non-marketing purposes.

What Do We Do With Collected Information?

We use information you provide to fulfill your requests and improve our Website and services. Your phone number may be used in the event that our customer service representatives need to contact you and cannot reach you by email. We may, from time to time, produce reports for affiliated parties and vendors containing anonymous, aggregated information about our users and customers, such as demographic, age and online usage information. This information allows us to provide content and information that is most relevant to our users. We do not include any Personal Information of our users in these reports.

We also use collected information to evaluate and administer our services, fulfill customer requests, respond to any future problems, such as difficulties in navigating our Website or accessing certain features, and to gauge user trends to determine what products and services are most popular with users. We may use your email address to send you email about items that we feel you should know about. This includes special promotional items that Elite endorses and changes in terms and conditions and the latest updates on the Website. When we send you emails that include a link to the Website, that link may contain an alphanumeric identifier that allows us to identify the person to whom we sent the message so that we can personalize our content for that individual.

Email Opt-Out

Users who no longer wish to receive our email updates or other notifications may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions contained in the applicable email.

How Do We Share Personal Information?

These links can also be from advertisers, content providers and/or partners who may use Elite’s logo and/or style as a result of a co-branding agreement yet they may still not follow the same privacy policies as Elite.

Important Note
